We, the staff at REFLEX Gymnastics/Cheerleading Academy, would like to welcome you to our establishment! It is very important to us that you read and understand the rules and regulations at REFLEX. We want to maintain a safe and fun environment for your child!

Registration Fees & Tuition
An annual registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and is good through August of each year. The registration fees are $35.00 (1st child) and $15.00 (2nd child). The registration fee will be pro-rated dependent upon when your child begins. There are NO refunds on registration fees.

Registration fee, first month’s tuition, and one month’s tuition deposit (last month’s deposit) is due at the time of registration. Tuition is pro-rated when a child begins after the first of the month. If you plan on leaving our establishment, a 30 days written notice is required (at the beginning of the month) and we will apply your one month’s tuition deposit towards your last month. If a 30 days written notice is not received at the BEGINNING of the month (by the 6th), your account will be billed for one month, and your Last Months Deposit will go toward the following month.

Tuition payments are due no later than the sixth day of the month. IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH, A LATE FEE OF $10.00 WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE ACCOUNT. Payments can either be paid in the office or dropped in the TUITION BOX located in the front lobby. If you are sending a payment in the mail, please send it in advance to avoid being late. If payment is late you will be asked to put a credit card # on file in order to be automatically charged by the sixth (6th) of each month. If you do not have a credit card # to put on file, the next time a payment is late your child will automatically be dropped from class and will not be allowed back without re-enrolling. If your child misses the 1st class of the month you will still be responsible for payment by the 6th. In order to keep costs down, monthly statements will not be sent. Please put your child’s name in the ‘memo area’ of your check. (Automatic billing is available for all members).

If your child has not attended class, no payment has been received, and no notification has been made by the 6th of the month, your child will be dropped from class and billed for one month.

Tuition payments will not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month. There is no extra charge for months with 5 weeks so it balances out over the year!

Arrival & Departure Time
Promptness is essential! Please arrive early enough so that your child has plenty of time to change before class begins. Disrupting a class can be a major distraction! Promptness is also essential when picking up your child. Your child must remain in the building until their ride arrives. We will not be responsible for your child once they leave the building.

Class Attire
Girl gymnasts must wear leotards. Gym shorts may be worn with the leotards but with no buckles, zippers, or belt loops. Hair should be kept away from the face and secured. Long hair should be in a braid or pony tail. Boys gymnasts should wear t-shirts and gym shorts (no buckles, zippers, or belt loops). No child is allowed to wear jewelry into the gym. REFLEX will not be responsible for any lost jewelry.

Holidays and Make-up Classes
REFLEX Gymnastics/Cheerleading Academy will be closed on certain holidays (see REFLEX schedule at front desk). Holidays do not count as missed classes and will NOT be made up and you will NOT be pro-rated for the month. Your child is allowed one make-up class per month if they come one day per week and two make-up classes per month if they come two days per week. Make-up classes must be scheduled at the following days and times. You must sign up at the front desk to be able to participate in these scheduled make-up classes. This is a benefit at REFLEX and may not always accommodate all member's schedules.

September 27, October 25, November 22 and December 20
School Age Classes: 11:45 - 12:45 pm       Pre-School Classes: 11:15- 12:05 pm

If low #'s attend make-up classes, classes may be combined. All make-up classes must be completed while the child is enrolled in the program. Missed classes will NOT result in pro-rated tuition or refunds.

Video and Photography
Photography and video is not permitted in the gym area at any time. Parents may take pictures (with no flash) and video from the parent viewing areas through the window.
