Flex Factor Tumbling Program

              

GET YOUR FLIP ON
Must Have: A willingness to learn
Introduction to forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and intro to back handspring.

 

EXTREME HANDSPRINGS
Must Have: Handstand, cartwheel, round-off & be introduced to a back handspring.
Your child will perfect standing & running back handsprings on the floor. Introductions will also be made to front handspring in the pit and on the floor.

 

FLIPPIN' OUT
Must Have: Multiple back handsprings on the floor - NO SPOT.
Introduction to the basics of back tucks/front tucks. Progress into round-off tuck, round-off back handspring tuck & front handspring tuck. The class will start training punch tucks and standing back tucks.

 

TRIPLE THREAT
Must Have: On floor, NO SPOT - Round-off tuck & round-off back handspring tuck, standing back tuck and punch tuck with light spot.
Introduction to the layouts and twisting skills (round-off full, round-off back handspring full and arabians).
