Registration For Session # 1 Begins AUGUST 2, 2010

Beginning August 23, 2010, ALL month to month recreational class fees will change to session fees.
Prices listed on the new class schedules is the cost for the ENTIRE 10 week session, not for the month. This move, we feel, will better allow our staff to improve on tracking your child's skill progression into each level. Every child will receive a skill progression chart and award at the close of each session.

REGISTRATION FEES are due at the time of registration and are valid until July 31, 2011 as long as you stay enrolled in each session. Fees are as follows:
* $35.00 first child, $25.00 second child & $15.00 third child (registration fees are not pro-rated) 
* If you take a break between sessions, there will be a $10.00 reinstatement fee
* Keep your child enrolled in 5 consecutive sessions and we will WAIVE next year's registration fee for that child!

EARLY REGISTRATION for session # 1 is August 2 - 7, 2010.
* Register early during the above dates and your first child receives $10.00 off your upcoming session fee. Each additional child after the first receives $5.00 off the upcoming session fees

PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE!!
* A credit card "on file" at the front desk is required to enter into payment plan agreement. Please contact the front desk if other arrangements need to be made.
* Register one child - fees can be paid off in two payments - first payment due at the time of registration & the second payment will be charged to your credit card on file September 7, 2010.
* Register 2 + children - fees can be paid off in three payments - first payment due at the time of registration, second payment will be charged to your credit card on file September 7, 2010 & the third payment will be charged to your credit card on file September 20, 2010.
* Families joining a session after classes have started are required to pay their session fees in full at the time of registration.

SIBLING DISCOUNT = $5.00 Per Session

REFUNDS
* Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given after the first day of the session.
* WRITTEN cancellations received before the first day of the session will only be refunded for 50% of the session fee cost.

TRIAL CLASSES - Trial classes REQUIRE registration paperwork and payment before attending your first class. Monies will be refunded immediately following the end of this trial class if your child chooses not to participate in our program. This policy allows for us to receive additional feedback from new clients.

CLASS POLICIES
* 1 scheduled make-up class per session
* Classes with less than 2 students in attendance for the day will end 10 minutes early
* Class instructors are subject to change without notice
* 4 students needed to open a school age class & 3 students needed to open a preschool class

CLASS ATTIRE
* Girls Gymnastics Classes - All gymnasts must wear leotards, soft shorts optional (no zippers or buckles), no socks, hair must be pulled out of the face
* Boys Gymnastics Classes - All gymnasts must wear soft t-shirt & shorts (no zippers or buckles), no socks
* Cheer Classes - All cheer students must wear soft t-shirt & shorts (no zippers or buckles) and socks & tennis shoes, hair must be pulled out of the face
* Fitness Classes - All fitness students must wear soft t-shirt & shorts (no zippers or buckles) and socks & tennis shoes, hair must be pulled out of the face
* Flex Factor Classes - All tumbling students must wear soft t-shirt & shorts (no zippers or buckles) and socks & tennis shoes, hair must be pulled out of the face
* Trampoline Classes - All trampoline students must wear soft t-shirt & shorts (no zippers or buckles), no socks or tennis shoes, hair must be pulled out of the face

LAST MONTH DEPOSITS are no longer required! If you have a last month deposit currently on file with us, we will credit the amount towards your first session fee.
* If you will not be registering for the first session, a 30 day notice is DUE BY AUGUST 6, 2010. Once your notice is received by the front desk, your last month deposit will be applied to August. At that time, you will be allowed to set up a make-up class for the week we are closed August 16-21, 2010. All make-up classes for the summer session must be complete by August 14, 2010 - NO EXCEPTIONS!

REGISTRATION FOR UPCOMING SESSIONS will be held during the 7th week of the current session.
* Register early during the 7th week and your first child receives $10.00 off your upcoming session fee. Each additional child after the first receives $5.00 off the upcoming session fees
* All families MUST re-register during the 7th week for upcoming sessions to avoid losing your child spot in his/her current class.
* Registration for the upcoming session can be done over the phone by credit card if you are currently enrolled in a session.

FREE FITNESS CLASSES FOR PARENTS - REFLEX is proud to support the USA Gymnastics Federation in helping our community live a healthier lifestyle. Parents of REGISTERED members enrolled in the CURRENT session may participate in these FREE classes. Please see the front desk for additional information.

HOLIDAY CLOSINGS - September 6, 2010, November 23-28, 2010, December 20 - January 1, 2011, March 14 - 19, 2011 & May 30, 2011.

BOYS GYMNASTICS CLASSES - Parents interested in additional boys gymnastics class times after 5:30 PM are asked to see the front desk to be put on a list of requested class times and days.
