We moved to the one in Sugar Land and she could not stop saying at "my" gym we...She always told the girls how much better ppl were treated and respected at Reflex...We miss you guys. Tia gave up gymnastics and is now going to STORM. Thanks for the great coaching and being such a great family to her.

Vegas: You guys continously amaze me. Paige I hope you feel better. That division was packed with talent. 2nd isnt anything to be ashamed of.

Hollywood: Congrats on the jackets. You were flawless on day 1!

Texas: We had a tough first day but on day 2 we nailed it! None of those teams were expecting us to jump from 7th to 3rd! Cheer USA and Cheer America are ours!

Miami: Words cant describe the feelings we went through at awards! From third to 1st was hard enough to do. But to beat 10 other level 4 teams for Grand Champion and $500 is incredible. Most of us have worked for years for that jacket and it finally happened! Lets keep working hard. Storm isnt going to know what hit them (again).

1. dont punch the floor. it'll make setting really hard and you will get a low tuck.
2. It'll seem really weird when you first try it, but literally sit up in your tuck and pull your legs over you (I can do it on a round-off tuck, but not a backhandspring-tuck. the height scares me.)
3. doing what i just told you will also make your set really high.
4. if your set is really high, don't freak out. stay tight and enjoy it. it will be over in two seconds.
5. Stay away from overrotating!!!

well, loreal, i guess that is really all i got for you. but, honestly, i learned it all from eli and robin. Good Luck!!!!!

Level 2- we did amazing this weekend we hit the whole routine and we won first place and got some new jackets:)) but that doesnt mean we still dont have too do good in practice we can still work on being tight moving too our spots.

Girls, I am so proud of all the hard work you did Saturday & Sunday. I can officially say that I haven't stopped smiling! I want to thank all my injured girls who came out and took one for the team, we couldn't have done it without you or our double-teamers. 4 Titles & 3 High Point Winners, I couldn't ask for a better way to end the regional season. I was really happy to see all the support that was there to watch Level 4 in Katy on Sunday & extremely proud of our parents who rearranged their schedules to get the girls there. I have a lot of HIGH POINT sweaters to hand out this week! See you girls at practice! Coach Robin

Senior Three. We had a lot of last minute injuries but we pushed through them. Way to set the bar for nationals. Our score sheets havent looked better. So proud of everyone for pushing so hard and beating 17 teams for high point including a level 4 team and a team that moved from a 4 to a 3. Love girls
