| PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES |
MOM/DAD & ME (Walking – 3YR) - Bouncing Bunnies
You and your child will be spending quality time together while exploring fun-filled
activities that will enhance your child’s motor skills, spatial orientation and
self-esteem through specialized equipment and colorful shapes. This class is 90%
parent involved. |

TRANSITIONAL (2 1/2 YR-3 YR) - Flipping Frogs
Same skills as Mom/Dad & Me but the parents are not participating in the class with
the child. The parents will remain in the foyer area. This class is available for
the children who have participated in the Mom/Dad & Me program and are ready to do
the class by themselves. (Requested by teacher) |

PRESCHOOL (3 YR) - Leaping Lizards
This is a class where your child will branch out and discover new adventures on
their own. This class will be kept to a minimal size to ensure a teacher/child
relationship as well as working in a group. It will consist of motor skills,
gymnastic stations, and listening skills to secure a safe environment. |

PRESCHOOL (4/5 YR) - Tumbling Tigers
This class is structured like our ‘Leaping Lizards’ class. It will also consist of
motor skills, gymnastic stations, and group activities but it will have MORE challenging
skills to keep your child in a progressive learning mode. |

ADVANCED PRESCHOOL - Mighty Ducks
These children have mastered the developmental skills taught in our preschool program
and are ready to conquer new skills that will prepare them for our developmental team or
school age recreational classes. |

SCHOOL AGE CLASSES |
Beginner
This is an ‘introductory to gymnastics’ class. Your child will be taught basic gymnastics
progressions, proper warm-up techniques, flexibility stretches, and conditioning exercises.
They will be introduced to the “safety” fundamentals of gymnastics along with a lot of
recreational fun! |

Intermediate I & II
This is the second and third level of our recreational program. It will introduce new
and challenging skills for your child. This level has two different skill sets, one a
little more advanced than the other. After your child has mastered the Intermediate I
skills she can advance to Intermediate II (by approval of instructor only). |

Advanced
This is the highest level of our recreational program. This class your child the opportunity
to increase their level of gymnastics skills in a fun and non-competitive environment. This
class is required to meet twice a week. (Your child can transfer out of this class at anytime
she becomes more interested in a team environment.) |

BOYS |
Beginner/Intermediate
Our developmental program for boys is divided into two levels. Both levels focusing on fun,
strength, flexibility, and coordination. This class helps build self-confidence and discipline
by introducing challenges that each child can handle successfully. |
