REFLEX Gymnastics/Cheer Academy will STRONGLY enforce the 30-day notice policy.

The policy states that a 30-day written notice is required NO LATER than the 6th of the month in which you will be leaving the program. If you are removing your child from the program a NOTICE must be given.

If a 30-day written notice is not received at the BEGINNING of the month, your account will be billed for one month, and your Last Months Deposit will go toward the following month.

REFLEX is more than willing to work with accounts that are communicated to us (in advance). Accounts that are just dropped and are not communicated with us and left unpaid will be turned over to a collections agency!
