REFLEX has a dedicated staff of 25 instructors who provide superior gymnastics/cheerleading instruction for all age groups.
Instructors at REFLEX are members of the "United States of America Gymnastics Federation" and are safety and CPR certified.
REFLEX Gymnastics/Cheer Academy is a private club with year around programs for boys and girls ages 16 to 18 years of age.
REFLEX opened in 1998 in a 6,000 sq. ft. facility accruing 150 members. REFLEX has more than tripled in size with approximately 24,000 sq. ft. of gymnastics and cheer space and an enrollment of more than 1,000 students.
Gymnastics classes begin for children 16-18 months old. We start with basic movement such as skipping, jumping and bending to advance their sensory motor development. We follow with age appropriate programs for pre-school ages, elementary and high school ages to build a flexible, fit body and or to prepare for competitions.
REFLEX motto is "We WANT EVERY CHILD TO FEEL SPECIAL!" We continually update our programs with new ides and techniques to maintain children's interest and improve their social, listening and interaction skills.
